SESIG PRIVACY POLICY

Your Creativity, Your Privacy: Sesig is designed with your privacy as a priority. We believe your creative work belongs to you, and we've built our app to collect as little information as possible while delivering a powerful text-to-image experience.

1. INFORMATION WE DON'T COLLECT

One of Sesig's core design principles is minimal data collection. Unlike many applications, we don't require personal information to use our service. Specifically, we do NOT collect:

Personal Identification Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other data that could directly identify you, unless you choose to provide it (such as when contacting support).
Account Data: Since Sesig works without requiring an account or login, we don't store usernames, passwords, or profile information.
Location Data: We never track or collect your geographical location, whether through GPS, IP address mapping, or other means.
Browsing History: We don't monitor or record which websites you visit outside of the app or how you interact with other services.
Contact Lists: Sesig will never access, upload, or use your device's contact information under any circumstances.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

To provide and improve our service, Sesig may collect a limited amount of non-identifiable information, all of which remains on your device unless you choose to share it:

2.1 Local Device Information

Certain technical information may be generated and stored locally on your device (not on our servers) to ensure proper functionality:

Device model and iOS version to ensure compatibility with Sesig's features
App usage statistics (such as which artistic styles you use most) to help us improve the user experience
Performance data (like processing times for image generation) to optimize the app's speed and reliability

This information is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share diagnostic data when reporting a problem.

2.2 Your Creative Content

All images you generate with Sesig are stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload, back up, or access your creations unless:

You choose to export or share them through your device's built-in sharing features
You submit an image to our support team when requesting assistance with a specific issue

You retain full ownership and control over all content you create using Sesig.

2.3 In-App Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases through the iOS App Store, Apple handles all transaction processing. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was made (not your payment details) to unlock the features you've purchased. This information is stored locally on your device to maintain access to your purchased features.

3. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Sesig is built with security in mind, adhering to strict iOS privacy and compliance standards:

Local Processing: All image generation happens directly on your device, meaning your text prompts and creations never leave your device unless you choose to share them.
No Cloud Storage: We don't maintain cloud servers for storing user data, eliminating the risk of server breaches affecting your information.
Device-Level Security: Your Sesig data benefits from the security features of your iOS device, including passcodes, Touch ID, and Face ID protections.
Minimal Data Exposure: Since we collect very little information, there's less data to potentially expose, even in the unlikely event of a security incident.

4. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION

You have complete control over any information related to your use of Sesig:

Delete any generated images directly through the app's management features
Uninstall the app at any time, which will remove all Sesig-related data from your device
Choose not to share diagnostic information when using the app
Control in-app purchases through your Apple ID settings

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Sesig may interact with limited third-party services, all of which have their own privacy policies:

Apple App Store: Handles downloads and in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
Sharing Services: When you choose to share images via social media, messaging apps, or email, those services' privacy policies govern how your content is used.

We do not share any of your information with advertising networks or data brokers under any circumstances.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Sesig is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (which would only happen if voluntarily shared, such as through support communications), we will delete that information immediately.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy and notify you within the app. Your continued use of Sesig after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
